End Transaction Edits

Effective quality control requires the reliability of End Transaction Edits, a quality control program that integrates with World Files. Before allowing a PNR to be finalized, this versatile tool examines the PNR to ensure the presence of mandatory information, such as corporate discount numbers and compliance with corporate travel policies.

Interactive World Files

Interactive World Files is a fully intuitive version of the World File system. The availability and booking process automatically includes essential data to complete sold air, car, and hotel segments. While travel agents are selling flights, cars, and hotels, Interactive World Files automatically inserts customer data and preferences, such as vendor choices, air availability options, form-of-payment guarantees, and corporate discount numbers onto their screen.

Queuing

The Worldspan Queuing system is designed to provide maximum flexibility in organizing and prioritizing PNRs. To optimize productivity, queues can be established by category and date range. Additional efficiencies can be achieved by using tools such as PNR Search, a method for gathering PNRs that contain specified characteristics, and End, Work and Retrieve (EWR), a format that allows the user to process schedule changes and confirmations using a single keyboard entry.

Worldspan ScriptPro

Worldspan ScriptPro is an industry-leading scripting product. With the power to automate complex reservations functions, ScriptPro reduces keystrokes, increases accuracy, and ensures consistent levels of service. ScriptPro is delivered with standard scripts for Worldspan subscribers. Travel agents can create, modify, or request specialized scripts from our ScriptPro Library. We also offer Customized ScriptPro Services, which include custom design, training, and consultation services.

 Worldspan World Files

Worldspan World Files is a comprehensive database for maintaining pertinent travel and policy information about clients, such as frequent flyer numbers, seating preferences, billing data and preferred vendors. Once stored, data may be selectively copied into new passenger name records (PNRs) for fast, easy and accurate reservation creation.
