Worldspan Trip Manager XE is the efficient online self-booking tool for corporations, including small businesses, and their Worldspan by Travelport™ travel agency partners. Trip Manager offers a graphical user interface (GUI) that is easy for business travellers to adopt and use. It is designed to control and reduce travel-related costs, and bring measurable value to a corporation’s bottom line. When serving clients with this market-leading travel management tool, Worldspan travel agencies are freed from common reservations processing, which allows them to focus on their clients’ more complex needs and provide increased customer service.

  • Room accommodations booked through hotel images and mapping, as well as car rental reservations, can be added to existing traveller itineraries.
  • Two-Way Profile Synchronization ensures traveller profile and host data are in sync for the most accurate traveller data - whether changes are made in a Worldspan World FileSM or a Trip Manager profile.
  • Trip Manager XE can be private labeled with a company’s own look and feel, or customised to meet unique or complex business requirements.
