Travelport Training Services now offers two new virtual classes, Time Saving Tips and Commission Opportunities with Travelport and a recorded demonstration for the Worldspan Car Booking Tool.
Time Saving Tips
Class Format: Online Instructor-Led Training
Class Description: This 60 minute class presents scripts, shortcuts and websites on topics from queues and World Files to availability and References. Experienced agents will learn quick and efficient shortcuts, simplifying reservations. By the end of class students will be able to know which Worldspan scripts to use and when, use Reference and Setting formats, learn Availability shortcuts, learn Tax and Fare shortcuts and efficiently use Worldspan’s online references.

Commission Opportunities with Travelport
Class Format: Online Instructor-Led Training
Class Description: This 60 minute class presents a script, formats and websites designed to assist the agent in boosting commission. Experienced agents will learn quick and efficient methods of using these products. By the end of this class you will be able to utilize a variety of Worldspan products which help you earn Commission, efficient use the scripts and websites featuring these products, utilize the Worldspan Go! Resource Center and become familiar with the profitable products offered.
