Travelport Training Services is pleased to announce the release of newly updated online self-paced tutorials along with the arrival of the Agency Manager Mode!

Online Training Tutorials:

Effective immediately over 70 Worldspan tutorials have migrated to the new Training Services Portal.  The tutorials include topics covering the most important functions to ensure customers are maximizing their use of Worldspan, and represent over 80% of the tutorials utilized on a regular basis.  All links and passageways to the Training Services Portal have been updated on the Global Learning Center to reflect these changes.  If you have a favorite set as a direct link for your online self-paced training needs, you will need to update this favorite. 

Travelport Training Services is constantly updating courses and creating new training activities to remain current with enhancements and trends.  The Global Learning Center is the first point of reference to read about these changes.  If you don’t see a tutorial that you need or have suggestions for new tutorials, please feel free to send us a message at training.elearning@travelport.com

Agency Manager Mode:

Another enhancement immediately available to our US/CA Worldspan audience is the Agency Manager Mode.  The Agency Manager Mode allows a travel agency manager or administrator to monitor, manage, and report against their travel counselor training in a single office or across branch locations.  The travel agency can set a training path for their unique needs and monitor progress against that path. 

Travelport developed a 90 minute instructor-led class that is designed to instruct the concepts needed to successfully implement the Agency Manager Mode.  Training is mandatory in order to access Agency Manager Mode.  Upon completion of the short training session, participants will submit their SIDs for access and their profile will be updated as a training manager.
