Display a completed Automated MCO Template-

When an Automated MCO is completed and filed, an item of MCO is appended to the ***ITEMS SUPPRESSED*** field in the PNR, which indicates the PNR contains Automated MCO data.

Example- Display the completed Automated MCO template for viewing.

Entry- *MCO (enter)

Response- Only the primary MISCELLANEOUS CHARGE ORDER template. An MCO template summary list is displayed when more than one MCO template is appended to the PNR. If there is data in any secondary template, it must be displayed separately.

Print/Issue the Automated MCO to the ATB2 Document-

The Automated MCO prints only to the ATB2 document.  To issue an Automated MCO using the data from the MCO template, it is required that the MCO selection option either be in the EZ entry or stored in the 4-DI.

Automated MCO Linear Entry-

The Automated MCO linear entry allows the input of

Automated MCO data and the issuing of the  Automated MCO without having to display and input the data in the template.  It is necessary to have a PNR displayed in order to use the Automated MCO linear parameter.

The linear entry is for the issuing of simple Automated MCOs.  An Automated MCO with ticket taxes or an equivalent amount or more than one MCO TFC requires the display and input of data in the template.

Document History Display-

The Automated MCO document number is displayed as a separate item in the document history for each document number issued.  The number is preceded by the alpha M in the Document History display.
